Beneficiary Guidelines
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana
- Applicant must have done graduation from a recognized university.
- All the citizens who are living below the poverty line can apply for this scheme
- The age of the applicant should be between 22 to 35 years
- An applicant who has done a diploma course (such as a polytechnic diploma) or certificate programs such as ITI can also apply for this scheme.
